Pricing
One price, for one night.
Night Knows is a one-time price per event. You pay once and nothing renews. A night costs between $49 and $349, set by how many guests can join it. The missions, the album and the film are in every band. Nothing renews, and your guests never pay anything.

A one-time payment, per event. No subscription and no renewal. Photographs are unlimited inside a band — the number only governs how many people can join.
In every band
- Photo, voice and text missions, timed to the run of show
- Every photograph at full resolution, downloadable all at once
- The album — your night as a timeline, built when it ends
- Contact sheets, pairs and a best-of, composed from what came back
- A short film of the night, cut when you say the night is finished
- Ten days for the photographs to finish arriving, and a year to keep them
Questions
- How much does Night Knows cost?
- Between $49 and $349 for one event — a one-time price, paid once. The band you need is set by how many guests can join — 10 at the bottom, 250 at the top, and a quote above that. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and nothing renews.
- Is there a free plan?
- No, and that is a decision rather than an omission. A free band would have to be a smaller night — fewer missions, a worse album, a watermark — and the whole point is the evening somebody spent months planning. We would rather charge for the real thing once than give away a version of it we would not want you to use.
- Do I pay per guest or per photograph?
- Neither. You pay once for the night, and the band only sets how many guests can join it. Photographs are unlimited inside the band — a hundred-guest night that comes back with four thousand pictures costs the same as one that comes back with four hundred.
- Do my guests pay anything?
- No. Guests scan the code, type a first name and are in. There is no app to download, no account to make and nothing for them to pay, ever.
- What happens if more guests turn up than I paid for?
- The door turns the extra ones away and tells you, on the spot, that it did. Anybody already inside keeps going — a guest who has joined is never cut off mid-evening, whatever the count says. You can raise the band from your phone while the night is running, and you pay only the difference between what you have already paid and the larger band.
- Is the film an extra?
- No. The short film is in every band, including the smallest. It is cut from what came back and it waits for you to press the button on the album, so the photographs that arrive the next morning are in it.
- How long do you keep the photographs?
- A year from the day you buy the night. During that year everything stays at full resolution and can be downloaded at any time, as one file. After it, the media is removed along with everything derived from it.
- What if I have more than 250 guests?
- Write to us and we will quote it. Past 250 the question stops being a band on a page and starts being about the room, the run of show and whether you want your own marks on the album.
- Can I pay for several events at once?
- Not yet. Every night is bought on its own, which is the right shape for the person running one wedding and the wrong one for somebody running forty. If that is you, write to us.
